We currently ship orders within the United States.
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days. After processing, estimated transit time is 6–11 business days. Transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Actual delivery may vary depending on carrier operations, destination, weather, holidays, and other circumstances.

Our current shipping terms include:
- Orders below $108.99 are subject to a $15.99 shipping fee.
- Orders of $108.99 or more qualify for free shipping.
- Available carriers may include DHL, UPS, and USPS, as applicable to the order.
- Applicable taxes are included in the product price.
- Our logistics provider handles necessary customs-clearance arrangements where applicable, and consumers should not be required to pay additional customs-clearance charges.
- Tracking information may be provided where available and applicable.
- Damage, loss, delay, address changes, and other transportation-related matters are handled in accordance with the Shipping Policy.
6. Order Cancellation
Orders that have not yet been shipped may be eligible for cancellation.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be directly canceled. In that situation, you should wait for the order to be delivered and then follow the applicable return process under our Returns & Refund Policy.
Cancellation requests may be submitted by email or phone. To help us locate and process your request, you may be asked to provide your order number, payment information or proof of payment, and other relevant order details.
Cancellation requests are subject to review. If a cancellation is approved, the applicable refund will be issued to the original payment method. The time required for the funds to appear in your account depends on the processing time of your card issuer or financial institution.

We provide a return service for eligible purchases. We do not provide direct product exchanges. If you need a different product, you may generally return the eligible item in accordance with our return policy and place a new order separately.
